Pilot note
OLO is operating a closed Miami pilot with launch-approved OLO ODYSSEY business details. This page is written for pilot use and should be reviewed before any broad public launch.
What we collect
We collect the details needed to create and fulfill custom merch orders: your name, email, phone when provided, shipping address, order details, uploaded artwork, order messages, payment status, and production/shipping updates.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare quotes, create previews, coordinate production, request payment, ship orders, send order updates, and improve the OLO experience.
Vendors
We may share the minimum required information with service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Shippo, Vercel, Sentry, and AI providers that help operate the product.
Requests
Use your order tracker or call (305) 283-9721 to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some order records may need to be retained for payment, fraud, tax, or fulfillment records.
