Pilot note

OLO is currently a closed Miami pilot using launch-approved OLO ODYSSEY business details. These terms should be reviewed before any broad public launch.

Custom orders

OLO helps customers create custom apparel and merch. Estimates shown in the app are not final invoices until the OLO team confirms quote, timing, artwork, blank availability, and shipping.

Customer content

You are responsible for having the rights to logos, artwork, names, and other content you submit. OLO may refuse work that appears unsafe, infringing, or impossible to produce well.

Payment and production

For the pilot, OLO confirms your order first, then sends a secure payment link. Production begins after payment clears and required details are complete.
