Pilot region

OLO is currently optimized for Miami-Dade teams and events during the controlled pilot.

Delivery windows shown in the app are estimates until the OLO team confirms blank availability, artwork, production timing, and destination.

When OLO purchases a carrier label, tracking appears on your order tracker and is sent by email. Carrier scans may take time to appear after handoff.

Use the order tracker to request address changes before the order is packed. Once a carrier label is purchased, changes may not be possible.
